Purgatory Towers: Demon Origins (RP, O)

[Fuzz]

Fuzz struggled off the bed and got too his feet. "I'll manage soldier."

[Nemesis]

(My arrival here brought a couple things...) (An E.P.U., FIM-92 Anti-aircraft Stingers, Javelin missile tubes, and a Humvee fitted for anti-aircraft capabilities)

Nem looks at adam... "Knowing him he'll be running in no time..."

[Fuzz]

Fuzz winced looking at Nem. "I don't know about that, you don't pull something like I did and get off scot-free." He looked to Adam.

"No......I didn't think you did" adam replied

[Fuzz]

Fuzz sighed and sat back down on the bed. "I think you guys should carry this next clearing out without me, once there's a clear path to the tower, call me and I'll haul my sorry ass there."

[x adams]

Adam brought out his rifle loaded it "Sounds good" He said and started to walk out the infirmary

[Nemesis]

Nem walked beyond the Auto-turret safe zone with the E.P.U. suit "hmmm walked further..."

(whoever want to control the zombie from here... please do...)

(Right then...cracks fingers)

Zs: As nem stepped out of the safe zones the zombies gathered in the darkness, A bold hunter lept from the shadowd towards nem


adam walked out and followed nem, but was to slow to fire at the lunging zombie in time

[Fuzz]

Nem's yellow eye glowed pulling out a .45 pistol and pulling a bullet clean through the hunter's head, he blew the tip of the handgun slinging it around his finger holstering it and continued to walk...

(LOL Red Dead Redemption is getting to me XD)

(I don't suppose time slowed down and an x appeared at the zombie's head? XD)

Zs: zombies were now gathering around the two there were at least fourty but they were all hiding in the shadows, but then they began to advance at a frightening pace

Adam cursed and spun around, firing a couple of burst into the horde before drawing his katana

[Fuzz]

(Fuzz is now waiting for teh drinks 8D)

Fuzz cursed in his bed, dragging himself up and looking around for his weapons, having heard the commotion outside.

[Nemesis]

"Adam fall back..." he said just standing there ignoring the countless numbers... "I've seen enough... the E.P.U. will escort you back..."

Adam lopped a zombie's head, then stabbed another in the chest and kicked it away

Zs.. a slurping sound could be heard and boomers lumbered towards nem

[Nemesis]

Nem pulls out his handgun and pops the charging boomers... "Huh?" some of the boomer juice got on his arm... "Adam fall back now..." he said nonchalant...

[Fuzz]

Fuzz staggered toward the ensuing fight as quickly as he could, still heavily injured from the attempted super attack that ended up causing much more harm then good. "Dammit! Hold on I'm coming!"

[Nemesis]

"Fuzz what are you doing?" he said walking back to the base sight easily...

[x adams]

Adam glanced at nem's arm "Ah crap" he said retreated to the base firing at approaching zombies

[Fuzz]

"Why are you guys walking back here? Shouldn't you be clearing a path?" Fuzz asked, holding himself up with his sword. "And whats that smell?"

[Nemesis]

"... might have something to do with this goo on my arm..." Walks past fuzz calmly claiming more that 30 targets in the open "might as well go back... got another horde coming...'

[x adams]

"you don't know?" adam asked and took up a defensive position

Zs... a high pitched scream was heard through the night and a fresh group of zombies sprinted at nem, at the front were three chargers

[Fuzz]

"What? You want you're turn to show off for the new recruit? So I can just sit this one out?" Fuzz asked, smirking at Nem.

[Nemesis]

"no, no fuzz... I'm here cause I kick ass... really... NO!!! I'm observing our opposing friends...now come on..." grabs Fuzz's arm pulling it over his should and notices the 3 chargers...

[x adams]

adam caught up with the others and managed to drop a charger, however it soaked up an entire clip

[Fuzz]

Fuzz laughed at Nem's comment and pointed at Adam. "You, yea you, come on and take care of these chargers."

[x adams]

adam glanced back the ran up to another as it was runing and lopped off it's foot, causing it to fall and spin rapidly coming to a halt near the gate where it got shreaded by turrets "Last ones all yours" He said

[Nemesis]

Nem still holding onto Fuzz tightly walking past the safe line... "Ok home base..."

[Fuzz]

Fuzz shook his head pulling free of Nem. "No Adam, you guys need the practice, take them all out. As for you Mr. pushy I can walk thanks."

[x adams]

adam side stepped the last charger and it headed into the safe zone and was mauled by bullets, he then casually walked into the zone

Zs... the rest of the horde retreated fully aware of the "safe zone"

[Nemesis]

"Fine by me Fuzz..." he slinged his .45 pistol into his holster as he walk to the machine hanger...

[Fuzz]

(Zombies are not aware of anything and incapable of the concept of retreat.)

[Nemesis]

(which is the reason for the auto turret defense line)

[Fuzz]

(Yes but I was responding to Adam's comment about them 'retreating')

(Coulden't be bothered sending out posts about zombies constantly running into turret fire)

Fuzz had gone down too sleep, and woke up feeling much better, he hopped up and walked around the perimeter of the base looking for any trouble.

Nem was in the Epsilon Engineering bay looking over suit repairs and the heavy suit's maintainance...

(Man, if this guy thinks Im gonna spend my vacation money on a party he can suck it if he's not even gonna spot me some drinks.)

Fuzz taps the intercom in his ear. "Nem, what's your location over?"

adam was in the armoury taking ammo and a red-dot sight

Fuzz gave up on finding Nem and started walking around the base again, then looked around for one of the soldiers that had been with him during the attack.

Adam removed his acog scope and fitted the Red dot sight on and aimed "Fits well" he muttered and check his current magazine it was half full

"Engineer's support bay" he replied to fuzz...

"That's on the other side of the base from me, never mind then. Does that survivor from Delta have a mic?" Fuzz asked.

adam glanced round the armoury and found what he was looking for a thick magazine that held double his usualy clip size "sweet!" he said and loaded it into the gun He then overheard fuzz over a soldier's mike, he borrowed it. "I do now" he said

(.............. hmmm... Oreo you're an engineer or an anti-tank attacker if you're with Epsilon, and those guys usually stay behind safe lines instead of combat)

(Alpha team Are the super elite soldiers and the guys marked as "hosts" on this thread, Delta team is a forward attacker group but was massacred upon arrival... but since you're here we'll make due...)

Fuzz sighed, trying to keep in good spirits while they were at the base, where the haze of battle could be temperary lifted, body nourshied, and the spirit buffeted, but never truely repaired, no not for we, the soldiers of the damned, who march with are guns and are knives and are swords, we are destined to fight forever, forever and unto our deaths.

Nem sits on a dirt mound looking out into the sky shined by Pyrrhus city...

adam gets up and stretches and goes for a stroll around the camp

Fuzz steps up to the dirt mound and takes a seat next to Nem. "It's been a long time...since we've been in a war together."

"yeah... hehe..." Nem looks up... "you remember that summer in Belfast? how an insurgent struck me over the head with a kanabo, and then you come in cutting his head off?

I walk out of the barracks. "Ive been in a few my self, dont know the names of the wars. Most of them where civil wars."

"Civil wars are the worst" adam said approaching the group, "Not been in many but compared to a simple war....there brutal"

[Fuzz]

Fuzz smiled remembering. "Yea...what about that time I was surrounded by a group of at least 15 elite enemy shoulders and you sniped off 5 of them in three seconds so I could make a break for it? With a broken ankle no less!" He let out a small laugh.

yeah!! hehe... "sigh"............ people haven't lived unless they've come near death... and once they have... they'll realize that near death experiences are "FUN" in a way...

"Perhaps you have soldier." Fuzz began to stand. "But don't worry, by the time this war is over you will have had plenty."

"Adam noded grimly at fuzz's comment "Aye so it would seem" he replied

Nem looks down... at the gravel noticing... something in the air... "huh?"

"Out of my way god damn it!" said a character parachuting to the scene, gliding down directly on the group's position.

[Nemesis]

"..................... for once command actually responded positive..." get's up and walks over to Doc...

((I'm going to give this character a little personality switch from the one in the tavern. Kind of make him like Jack Churchill, only a little less crystal meth induced insanity))

"Up yours Nem. I'm here aren't I?" He begins to unbuckle the parachute and he's seen to be armed to the teeth. "I'm here as a little added muscle for ya."

"Well I can't ask for any better tactician" pats Doc's shoulder brotherly like...

Adam glances at doc's weapons "Bloody hell looks like he can win the war all by himself!" he checked his gun's chamber

[Fuzz]

Fuzz smiled a grin so wide it nearly split is face in two. "Alright! Someone else with some spunk! You guys can compare dick sizes tomorrow, right now I'm headed to bed. Night."

"I'll cock slap you next time you say that private." He loads a round into the chamber in his USP and begins to check his SAW.

Fuzz calmly walked up to the new recruit. "Funny you should say that, commanders aren't always in uniform, so what did you have to say to me, Sargent?"

(Fuzz... Doc, is an Alpha squad soldier... technically he's a commander too...)

"In any case, I don't care what your rank is, if your in are barracks you answer to us. That or the zombies might be more welcoming."

"I always enjoy their company," He said with a smile as he popped a round into the SAW.

Fuzz scoffed and stood up and headed toward the barracks.

"...." looking upwards....... "........................ hmmm... we don't have air defense capabilities..."

[Fuzz]

From a distance. "Don't need it, I've yet to see a flying zombie." Fuzz said with a hint of a laugh.

"That doesn't mean one doesn't exists. Better safe than sorry. And besides, triple aa guns can be aimed manually, becoming a heavy land defense." I look around and grin. "And there are two places I can think of."

"How are the rest of the defenses?"

[Nemesis]

Nem: 5 auto turrets protect the perimeter of the base... and we have a fully functional defense system...

"What if they undermine the camp?"

[Nemesis]

... I don't think they can...

he goes the main tent and lays a plan of Purgatory Towers...

[Nemesis]

"ok guys the tower is big on the outside right!? WRONG!!!"

*lays the plans showing the huge underground base in the tower*

*an under ground concrete wall prevents undead from burrowing out side the tower*

"that underground wall near the auto turrets is why they can't burrow under us"

[Fuzz]

"Regular infected can't dig." Fuzz said, walking back toward the group.

[DrNumaNuma]

Doc smiles, "Last words..." He laughs and walks back toward the tents.

[Fuzz]

"They can't even run or open doors, you need to get your information straight before you get my men killed." Fuzz replied.

[Nemesis]

a group of tents emplode as Doc walks towards them...

Nem: "that's not good!!"

Nem charges out of the command tent looking at the aftermath...

"I didn't do it!" Doc calls out. Nevertheless, he brings up his SAW and readies it.

[Fuzz]

Fuzz ran toward the commotion. "What in the unholy hell is going on!?"

[Nemesis]

Epsilon engineer: "MOVE MOVE!!!"

several engineers are engulfed in energy flames and the cause is revealed...

Info: Hovers in air, Extremely fast (sometimes teleport fast, and be in 2 places at once), Razor sharp claws that can cut through metal, Super human senses, and intelligence (able to tell what it's target will do before they do it), energy orbs, Firestorm (hail of energy orbs that cover a large area)

"...eh." Doc shrugs it off and immediately lifts the SAW and fires hot lead at the target.

[Fuzz]

Fuzz complains under his breath. "Arrogant dumbass..." He unsheathed his sword and rushed the target.

the Magician dodges all the bullet fire with little ease...

Doc pulls a grenade from the bandoleer and tosses it to flush out the zombie and prepares to fire when it happens.

[Fuzz]

Fuzz skids to a stop next to the massive magician. "You're a real big man coming in here for a surprise attack." He was about to go on when he saw an incoming grenade...

[Nemesis]

the magician hover then slide to the left appearing in 2 places at once...

Nem stands there scanning the enemy...

[DrNumaNuma]

"God damn it asshole!" Doc pulls out his side arm and fires a few shots at the grenade, destroying it in mid air. Layers of shrapnel fly in all directions.

[Nemesis]

The magician enables it's firestorm ability sending orbs of energy to counter the shrapnel attack...

[Fuzz]

Fuzz unsheathes his sword at an eerie speed and the burst of wind blows away most of the fire. "No ones dead yet, so I'll say this once. Leave or die."

[DrNumaNuma]

Doc resumes his barrage of bullets and walks closer. He begins to ready his claymore with his other hand just in case.

[Nemesis]

the magician teleports in front of fuzz then reappears back to where it was... for a moment it looked like it didn't do anything but it's energy like claws cut the sharp tip of Fuzz's sword off

to dodge Doc's barrage he moves all over the place making his movement hard to read...

[Fuzz]

Fuzz grins and holds the hilt up. "You think that matters?" A strange wind blows up the blade and cracks the blade into pieces, in it's place is a wind blade.

[DrNumaNuma]

Doc pulled off a few more grenades and tossed them in the air. They create a field of fire in the air.

[Nemesis]

hmmm... Nem took out a SR-25 rifle and aimed at the magician...

in order to dodge the grenade blitz it teleports behind Fuzz...

Doc pulls out his side arm, takes aim, and double taps the Magician.

[Nemesis]

it doesn't twitch in fact the bullets fling off... the SR-25's 6.5 round bounces off too... "Damn.... hmmm...."

[Fuzz]

Fuzz turned and threw the sword into the ground, jumping into the air. He had little experience with magic, and couldn't control much of it for long. Upon impacting with the ground the sword sent out a jet of air causing the ground to split away from him and toward the new enemy. It was a weak split and would do little damage, but it was meant as a distraction.

"Time for a little more personal ass kicking then." He drops the heavy SAW and pulls out his claymore bring it up to the Magician.

the magician ignored the crack, appearing behind Doc and throwing a force orb into his back.

[DrNumaNuma]

Doc whips around and leans into the orb with his claymore and stands his ground. He gets pushed back 10 feet from the Magician, but escapes unharmed. He advances on the magician and swings.

the magician watches you, seemingly teleporting at the exact time you swing. he swipes his razor claws at your legs.

[Fuzz]

The sword explodes in the ground, creating a massive shock wave and knocking Fuzz to the ground, shielding himself with his arms.

[DrNumaNuma]

Seeing the attack, Doc drops his sword to lose the weight to have time to jump over the swipe, kicking it in the face halfway through the jump. He recovers and pulls his USP and begins firing until he empties the clip.

[Nemesis]

"Come on... Come on..."

Nem sits there patiently aiming at the magician's head and fires...

the shockwave does nothing as the Magician takes a kick to the head, whincing slightly.

the bullet hits his face, bouncing off with no reaction.

[DrNumaNuma]

Doc refils the clip and smiles. "See ya," And he shoots a grenade at the Magician's feet, then runs.

the magician appears in front of you as the grenade goes off.


a Skeletal figure watches from a distance, observing.

[Fuzz]

"This is getting boring for me over here, you're an awful host." Fuzz spat at the magician, unsheathing another sword.

Doc only used the grenade as a distraction to pick up his claymore and SAW and fires off a burst of lead into the Magician's gut.

"guys the only way to injure this being is by attack it's weakpoint..."

Adam entered the battle "Jeez you sleep for a few minutes", he turns to nem "what the hell is these thing's weakspot?"

Fuzz unsheathes a Kunai and rushes the enemy, using the fire raining down from the grenades as cover and hoping over the patches he can't get over himself, he makes his way around the enemy while the others are fighting it.

hits the head of the magician and it bounces off...

the magician watched Fuzz absent-mindedly as a force orb flew toward Fuzz, embedding itself in the ground at Fuzz's feet, sending debris at Fuzz.

[Fuzz]

Fuzz manages to dodge the attack and pulls out a kunai, hurling it toward the monsters right eye.

[DrNumaNuma]

Doc brings the SAW'a fire up, trying to route the Magician into Fuzz's range of attack.

[Nemesis]

the magician reacts to the Shuriken hit making a sign of it's weakness...

the knife landed where it was aimed, and fell to the floor.
the magician then warped to infront of Doc, SAW pointed at his chest as he swipes his claws at the SAW.

[DrNumaNuma]

The SAW jerks up, firing randomly. He draws the claymore and thrusts at the magician in the chest.

[Fuzz]

"Dammit you green horn! Aim for it's eye! Hit the fucking red eye on the right!" Fuzz drew three shurikens with tags on them and tossed them toward it's head.

adam heard fuzz's orders and aimed, firing bursts into the magician's red eye

[Nemesis]

"OKEY DOKE"

pulls out an M203 with "BURST ROUNDS" and takes aim towards the Magician's weakpoint...

[DrNumaNuma]

Doc follows suit with his USP, due to the belt fed SAW being empty.

[Nemesis]

After the MAgician take a couple hits to the left side of his face he reacts and resorts to hit and run tactics...

[DrNumaNuma]

D oc reloads the clip and keeps firing anyway at the Magician's retreating ofrm.

The Magician Retreats back letting several zombie types assist will his attacks...
