Doc stared up in horror at the landmass blocking the sun. "Allegar... oh, it cannot be!"

"He brought the capitol here..." A tug pulled at both of their minds. "We're being summoned. Come Edmund." In a flash, they both vanished.



[Allegar, Throne Room: Kalidor, Doc, the Spider]

The Spider still casually sat at on the throne as his servants appeared in his presence.

"I brought Allegar here when I felt Lucian's presence, and I find only you two. What is the meaning of this?" His voice came out in nearly a hiss, but was still silky-smooth and soft as velvet.

"We were trying to find out ourselves, but it appears his time drive from one of his copies has been stolen and placed in the city below."

This news seemed to amuse the Spider greatly. He started laughing in a low chuckle that made the hairs on the back of Edmund's neck stand on end. "Interesting indeed... someone knows a little too much about us and is playing a dangerous game. Let us play back. I will have Ana report this to her new pet. You two, leave here. I will have work for you shortly." They both bowed at the waist and left the room.

Kalidor and Edmund entered a once grand hallway, now decayed and in disrepair from a millennium of neglect. Doc couldn't help himself and glanced to a room on his left and stared.

"It's best if you don't see her." Kalidor stated. He walked off. Doc stared plainly at the door for a few more moments and followed.

Ghost darts out the door and out of site. Moments later, Ana flash teleports into the middle of the brothel. "Hello. My boss wants to meet you."

Rai stopped, his head inches from the ground, then spun as if nailed loosely to the fall until his feet were pointed toward the ground, and slowly lowered himself. "Teleporting others? What a lowly trick." Seconds later her head was sticking out of the ground, and the ground around her was slightly displaced.

It's similar to an echo of the original Harbinger," Adrian throws the Katzbalger into the ground and uses it as a platform, jumping from the ground, to it, and over tsod's weapon, crisscrossing the swords to decapitate tsod.

I would recommend focusing on the most important question. How do we end the war and keep the Id from returning to start things up? Sabrina quietly stepped back once, trying to use the conversation to distract everyone.

Talvas was destroyed, putting the Dwarves in danger of invasion. a city in the Human territory was demolished by two demonic... things...

Sabrina had walked nearly halfway to the door. She smiled lightly as Marcus asked Nwura to get the Id out of him. She was so silent that Marcus and the sister did not hear her stepping away.

Marcus and The Sister both felt happy in the white light. It was like someone had drugged them or given them more than their share of alcohol. However, Sabrina felt sick to her stomach. She felt as if she had just been hit with the flu and had been standing all that time. She tried not to cough and alert anyone that she was leaving.

"Haul ass, haul ass, haul ass, haul ass..." Ghost panted as he ran from the brothel as fast as his legs would carry him. A pile of crates obstructed his path as he turned a corner, but he expertly pulled off a wall-run and dove over them before rolling to break his fall. Without breaking stride, he returned to his feet and kept running until he came to his hidden lab. He gathered some items with haste: a bloody knife, the black box, and the transponder used to use it and set them aside.

Untying the corpse of Lucian, he placed the bloody dagger in the hole in his chest with one smooth motion. Activating the transponder with the box, a flash brightened the room and Lucian disappeared from site. Ghost smashed the transponder against the table.

"I hope you trust these ragtag group of fighters asshole. This won't work otherwise."

Ben dove at the back of her knees from the side. He swiftly change to human and sliced into them with his blades to keep her from moving to much. Quickly he jumped back out of range from Rai's attack.

From where the apparition vanished, a corpse fell from the sky with a meaty thunk. At impact, the body tore in half from the force. The torso flailed wildly before rolling to a stop, showing the death mask of Lucian.

Adrian dropped the Katbalger and caught the other crystal sword as it came twirling down, reversed the grip on both and parried the Mortals but made no attempt to counter. The temperature dropped and a wind picked up gusted slightly, whipping at tsod's cloak and the rags of Adrian's clothes in agitation.

Rai cocked an eye brow and walked up to the body, kicking the corpse absently with a foot. "What's this now?"

Doc and Kalidor stood stone-still, both still recieving instructions. After a minute, the both mumbled an 'At once'.

"I guess it's time to go on the offensive," Doc said. There was no melancholy, sadness or anger in his voice, only a calm acceptance. Flash!

In a burst of brilliance, hulking Kalidor stood tall between Ben and Nate.

Blue mixed with the white as Doc made his entrance in the Castle of Peace. From within his coat, he pulls out and releases a pair of butterfly knives.

"Watched... me... die... The voice whispered in its haunting, far-away voice. The runes on the blade were actively glowing now with energy as Adrian blocked the Mortals with his twin swords. As the light from the ruins increased, Adrian's own speed increased at an equal rate and soon was merely dodging the Mortals without blocking them.

A Nathan stood at the edge of the crater once known as Talvas, trench coat billowing in the wind. He had his arms crossed and stood watching the stand off, he cocked an eyebrow at the possesed lucian

[Auctoritas Arena] when you could finally dodge each strike i smile, speeding up considerably, becoming faster than you. a white light began to glow on the microscopic runes of the Mortals, matching the Harbinger. flurrys of strikes went back to back in rapid consession as it tried to overload its opponent.

"God fucking damn it," Ghost curses. He scooped up his bag, grabs the time drive, and escapes through the portal "I don't have time for this."

Inside he watches the two duel. Adrian was backed nearly to the wall of the arena. The Harbinger did not speak, but its agitation was heavy in the air. Ghost could feel it as well, like a weight pressuring against his chest. Adrian reversed the grip on the swords yet again and slashed at the air, but not at the Mortals. The slice blocked a slash from each, but the energy thrumming in the air condensed and followed the slash in a black crescent. The attack slid silently through the air, digging through the ground along the way toward tsod.

A myriad of emotion crossed Doc's face. First concentration, then concern, shock, anger, then calm. Bits of the lightning absorbed themselves into Doc, but only slightly. Tossing a fan of knives to meet the shuriken, he takes one more knife and looks at his reflection, seeing his eyes have lost their blue hue.

i watch the attack slightly fascinated, but appear behind Adrian. crossing the Mortals.

No answer came from the hat, the teleporting magic Lucky used on it must have been sent to a different hat, sealing off both worlds, although restored without power, it was still nice looking

A burst of black and red cut through the light like paper. Doc jumped from the opening and roundhoused Marcus while holding a wicked black and red dagger in hand.

Adrian held his ground and met the attack head-on, bringing both swords against the malestrom.

Marcus somehow managed to pull out his blaster in the fractions of a second this battle was taking place, but the Doctor was just too fast for him. The other blade cut into, but not through his armor as he jumped back. Thanks to adrenaline, time seemed to slow, which let him fire a few shots at Doc.

Sabrina was pacing, her eyes glowing red instead of their usual green. "Doctor... I feel your presence... with Marcus. She smiled. "I would like to have your strength at my side..."

Nwura disappeared from the fight, seeing it to be mostly under control. she appeared in front of Sabrina, "he will not join you, you must join his master... but first!" a sudden eruption of light engulfed Sabrina

the tornado sped up considerably, dust now joining the mix to make it like a sand blaster with metal shavings mixed in as the blades split into individual molecules.

Sabrina screamed in agony. The Id felt it's control being burned away by her light. She slammed a random location on her telepad and she transported away.

Sabrina appeared, bunched in a fetal position in some shipping crates. The Id was barely holding on as Sabrina was fighting for control. A burst of rage from outside filled her with strength and she silenced Sabrina once again.

Ghost watched the fight with only mild interest. Even sitting casually as he was, he muscles were tensed to strike like a cobra. He saw Adrian still hold his ground, edging his swords into the vortex slowly as metal cut into his skin. "One for sorrow, Two for joy."

Ana stood patiently for Zeke before cocking an eyebrow at an approaching figure.

Marcus took a shot at Doc when he stabbed Adam in the foot. After he fired his blaster, he decided to go all in. Flames erupted from his power armor and streamed toward the Doc. He didn't hold back on the flames power, giving Doc everything he had. In his mind, this was going to end now, or Adam and him might as well leave. Marcus knew from the little bits he got from the Id that the Doc could take it and not be vaporized. The entire castle superstructure couldn't take it, however. The heat in just a few seconds began to set the masonry on fire. Marcus had been scared to go all in with his powers, but he believed that now was a good time to use it.

Rai hopped into the air, placing a temporary gravity field over Kalidor that would have crushed a normal human. As his eye's shift from green to orange, he flips over Kalidor and flings his arms forward, sending fireballs at his back. "Four for a boy? How much for TWO!!"

Nwura let Sabrina go, feeling the castle's structure letting loose. she melted instantly into a liquid mirror. she raced onto the walls coating the whole castle in a few seconds.
bright white light emanated from her as the whole castle, and its occupants were shifted to the mirror realm.

Adrian removed the rags of his shirt, showing a tattoo covering his torso, chest, abdomen and arms down to the wrist. Blood was oozing from open wounds across his body, but he paid it no mind. He ran the pommel of one of the blades across his wrist and down his forearm across the tattoo, staining it with blood. "Zamana."

The wind slowed down but Adrian sped up, vanishing from sight. "Catch me if you can."

The gravitron only just effected Kalidor, but he was used to heaving around heavy armor all day. He managed to turn around and swing his blade, black energy emerging from the swing to meet the fireballs, making them explode in fiery ash.

"Then... let me... take this one from you as... well!" He noticed the mirror realm surrounding them and blasted out fire in all directions. As the flames reflected back, they became stronger. He built power through this tactic. When he had done enough to return the ball of flames to his control, he bit his thumb at the Doc, his hand red under the powered armor. "If in fire we are equal, then how are you in hand-to-hand combat?"

Adrian sheathes the Harbinger blades and the Katzbalger, following in line behind the two. "Is there a way to reacquire the attire I wore before my stay here?"

"Under your control? Ha! You just have an empty shell, none of Lucian's skill or intricacies. As for the time drive, it's transdimentional. All you need to do is expose it to the correct number and frequency of tachyons to escape from this dimension. Navigating in between the two is a little harder, unfortunately. As for the one in Niquk, I'd avoid that one until the Spider is squished; it's why he set Allegar down there. I planted it there because... well, that's for another time. All I want to do is get to Allegar. Near the Armory, preferably."

Kalidor doesn't move as the Bloodmist Shield is activated again, separating Rai and Kalidor by a few inches as the pierce stops a foot from him. "You fight with violence and blood in your heart. As the black energy blew out of the blade he pushed Ben away, hanging his head down as he reached up and caught the blade with a bare hand. The air around him began to flicker and spark and his eyes burned a brighter orange, his hair turning to fire and spreading wildly over him. As the transformation neared it's end he began to look suspiciously like a certain someone, only glowing with a multi-shaded orangish fire. "I said I didn't kill you're friend..." He pushed the blade away hard, emitting much more energy then he had before.

Having a troubled past in both incarnations, Rai/Fuzz had a little bit of a button for the whole killer thing.

The punch doesn't even make Kalidor stagger due to his tremendous bulk. He clenches a gauntleted fist over Rai's entire fist, and squeezes as hard as he can.

Rai winced lightly then smirked. "Brute, this is what you get for under estimating me twice!" He popped open his hand causing the fist to open and grabbed the arm, swinging Kalidor over himself and toward one of the edges of the creator.

Kalidor still held fast to Rai, landing on a Bloodmist Shield and throwing him through one of the Dwarven buildings.

As he was being flipped he sent out a jet of energy, flinging Kalidor at the building instead and lands on the ground. "This isn't going to be like our first fight." He called out, walking forward slowly toward the building. "It isn't one sided anymore."

Put a hand down and pulled it back up; the Bloodmist shield following the movement. The shield was held at an angle, so the blast was redirected at Ben.

"And you are still not prepared..." The Bloodmist shield winks out of existence. Kalidor pulls at the cord on his neck and the cloak flies off in the wind. He spreads his legs and angles his sword at Rai.

"You are not prepared!"

He spread his feet on the ground, a short burst of flames scorched the ground just around his feet. "Keep you're opinions to yourself. You don't know the evil I've seen or the trouble you've caused here." He held out a hand, a katana of flames formed in it instantly, blazing into existence. "I told you before I'd stop you, and if death didn't stop me from keeping that promise, then neither will you."

"I know very well what I have done. Lucian sang a song about it. "Because that is the only way you will stop me," Kalidor's voice scratched. He flexed his grip on his calymore. "Now, prepare yourself."

"Very well." He replied, unfolding his arms and standing straight up, eying his opponent.

"Now, begin!" ANd he dashed toward Rai.

He parried the gauntlet using the sword and corkscrewed back, landing as he started to circle him. "You're misguided. So sure you're way is the right way. How can you put so many people in danger for the sake of you're one master? What do they mean to you? You think this is fun for me? Convenient? Admidst the smoldering earth where the blast hit just ahead of Ben, he sat on his hinds. "What do you know of self sacrifice?" He instantly showed up on Kalidors left side, arms crossed. "If you serve your master so diligently like you say, then you would know what hell really is like." Ben was suddenly thrusting both blades into the eye sockets of his helm. "And you should have died." He was back on the ground with his back turned, walking away. "You have no right to judge."

My Master believed Lucian would serve him without fail due to his joy in battle," He picks him up by the shirt and smashes him down again, the Bloodmist shield cracking into pieces on Ben and vanishing from the strength of his attack. "But he did not anticipate Lucian facing an enemy he could not defeat. It is something my Master should have known if he had any remnants of a soul. If a soldier has no fealty, then what does he have?" He lifts him up again and glares with his crimson eyes. "What does he have?!" He throws Ben through one of the Dwarven buildings and out the other side.

"I have something that I've been waiting to do for a long time. Something I should have done already. I intend to set things right. He stretches widely and yawns to shake the fatigue from his limbs. As he does so, a minute tearing sound come form him and he blinks. A strip of pale skin had torn from around his neck, revealing a tanned skin underneath his pale pallor. He tugs at the flake of skin and disposes of it. "Time is short. Doc and Kalidor can only hold their own for so long when reinforcements come. I must make my move now."

Ghost gives off a demented laugh. "I'm probably going to get killed for this." He waves at Adrian and walks toward the portal. He stops just short of stepping through, thinking internally for a moment. "He turns his head. "I can't wait to kill you if I can." And he steps through.

Ghost surveys the land, what was left of it. Even after a thousand years of decay and rot, the once grand city still held a piece of its splendor. The castle walls were still recognizable, along with Felden Castle and it's keep. The building was converted to modern-day uses from ancient times as a fortress, but that was not why he came. He began to walk.

"Follow what has been sent down," Bones littered the ground ever few dozen yards. How did they survive this long?

"To you all from your lord," Was it because of the Spider? Was this just a reminder of what he had done to seek his revenge? A constant reminder of those who have wrong him and died for the treachery?

"And follow no protector but God." It's sad. It's almost like a child discovering what death was for the first time after a parent of brother or sister passes. Ending life. Does the Spider even know what he fights for anymore?

"And we will question those to whom the message was sent," He was in the Castle now. Given the fractured remains of those that survived, he wondered how the rest of them bore the pain. Ana was a shell of her former self. Lucian lost his way on the path of blood. Doc was on the edge of loosing his mind the same way Ana had. Kalidor is the only one who stayed relatively the same. Why was his face wet? Grief? ow long was it since he felt that?

"And WE will question the messengers," 'I will be the messenger,' Ghost said in the confines of his mind. 'I will end this.'

"And WE will tell them all with knowledge," Alice could not return, Kalidor will only receive peace when the rest fall. He may have to issue out a mercy killing or two.

"For WE are never absent," But that is only the last resort. Ghost came upon a hallway with a directory pointing in two different directions. The first to the Armory and the second to the Bureau of Technological Research and Development. Both stops in one. Tonight, an avenging angel is born.

"And the balance on that day will be the truth."

He raised a hand, earth raising with it and trapping his foot in the rock, then he slowly started walking around him. "I'm tired of playing this game with you. Bad vs. Good, Villian vs Hero. I'm tired of all the people trying to get evolved. The simple fact is you're trying to kill people and I'm trying to save them, if you don't stop getting in my way, I won't be able to save you."

A split second after the explosion of dirt an energy pulse emitted from his body, gluing him to that spot in the air. Electricity began arching across the air, and he drew a hand back to gather it. "And kill everyone else, is that right? Not a person at all, not even a monster. Even those have goals of there own. You're damned, and there is no mercy for the damned. No escape from catastrophe!" He thrust the arm forward, sending bolts of electricity toward the cloud of dust.

i then take the throne as two high-tech panels came from the wall, curving around the thrown. when they connected a small cup appeared. i held out my hand as a drop of blond drips into the cup. the panels light up and i type something in the strange interface. a large noise came from under the city as it rose, forming some shadowy tendrils.

Ghost wedged open the door to the Armory and slipped inside. "You didn't hear that, you didn't hear that, you didn't hear that." He walked inside, viewing his surroundings. Most of the weapons were rusted beyond all recognition. Futuristic weapons and rifles littered the sides of the great room, but his interest is what is in the center of the room. Vacuum sealed chambers dooted the center of the room in five vertical rows. He walked to the first pedestal and wiped away the grime on the plaque.

Sparks strike as the two giants wrestled for dominance, but at Rai's lightning attack, he tugged on the quillion of the claymore. The sword split in half and he met the barrage with the energy of his sword. "My goal is to protect Edmund... but there is another way...

[Allegar, Bureau of Scientific Research and Development: Ghost]

With some items form the Armory, he had a full pack of gear on his shoulders. The BSRD was barren, save for some mechanical gear and machinery which he didn't fully understand. He made it to one of the Research containers and pried it open. A foul odor poured form the scent of decayed samples but he payed them no mind.

"M...m...m...m...Ah!" He found it, a small file of blood marked 'M.L.'. "I love you Doc, you just saved me a bunch of time."

[Allegar, Bureau of Technological Advancement: Ghost]

Ghost made it to this section of the castle at almost a run. "Please work." He was in front of a large circular arc with several wrist-thick fiber-optic cables leading to various machines. Everything appeared to be in almost working order; the room had been hermetically sealed when he got there. He stepped up to one of the wall-mounted machine and began typing rapidly. "Come on, come one, come o-yes!"

The screens lighted up and lines of code began streaming across multiple screens in the boot-up procedures. "Great. All's well so far." He stepped up to the great mechanical arch and stood in the center. "Security clearance H208-12-A8-AS9654. Acknowledge." Lines of code scrolled across one of the screens.

"SECURITY CLEARANCE AUTHORIZED. BEGINNING PHASE PROCEDURE"

Ghost removes a gag from his pack and sets it on the ground next to the arc. He sticks it in his mouth and ties it around his head. He then spreads his legs and holds his arms out, The ground rose up around his legs and clamped him in place as a small, hollow pillar extended at the top of the arc and over his arms. With a mechanical hiss, his arms were locked in place.

"BEGIN"

If it wasn't for the gag, he would have screamed.

Rock and metal burst from the seabed, coalescing together into a titanic serpent. With hissing fangs, it wrapped its bulk around Niquk twice over before lurching aside, plunging it into the ocean once more.

the right as darkness surrounded the two. a deep red glowed through Kunwir's armor where his eyes would have been.

i appear behind Ana, whispering over her shoulder, "he is not the same, but watch..."

Lucien levitated, a blue glow enveloqing him. black smoke poured out of his mouth and nose, disappearing.

a ghostly shadow of Lucien appeared above the now empty body, entering it slowly. (you now have his controls back.)

After the body reanimates, it collapses to the ground, dead. Immediately after, a titanic roar echoes from the east, echoing through the vary foundations of the earth. Ana's face is a mixture of surprise, panic, and seething anger. "Well played, spy, well played." She looks at tsod, "I suppose you had something to do with this?"

Ghost lay limp on the floor in front of the arc, a hand partially phased through the floor. But for some insane reason, he was chuckling to himself. "Gotcha. Game. Set. Match."

The remnants of the serpent is burned into a shifting, metalic skeleton: core metal from the planet. It weaves its way up to Allegar's surface and falls to the ground across the city's length. The core metal seaps into the ground and the ground starts oozing and shifting. Twisted skeletons burst from the ground, donned in futuristic armor and weapons, newer corpses with automatic weapons, older ones with swords. Soon, legions upon legions were created across the city's landmass. The first legion advances off the city edge and into the waters to hack, slash and blast the shadows coming forth.
